APPLICATION

  • The thermoplastic road marking material is heated in a pre-heated boiler equipped with a mechanical stirrer to maintain consistency and prevent overheating or discoloration.
  • The temperature must not exceed 200°C for white and 180°C for yellow, ensuring proper melting and optimal bonding with the asphalt surface.
  • Application is performed using either hand-propelled or self-propelled road marking machines, depending on project requirements.
